Bebek Goreng (Fried Duck)
In Indonesia, especially in the countryside, many found the duck farm. Therefore, the duck is very popular processed foods. One of which is a fried duck. Fried duck can be found in various regions in Indonesia, but this is origin from Java island, which is identical with chili sauce (called sambal) and fresh vegetables (called lalapan).
Try this food and feel the naturally of the taste. These are steps for making fried duck.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole duck, cut into 10 parts.
- Oil for frying
- Water to taste
Spices:
- 3 cloves of garlic.
-1 Segment of turmeric.
-1 / 2 tbsp toasted coriander.
- 2 cm ginger
- Salt to taste
Supplementary Material:
- Sambal
- fresh vegetables
How to Make:
1. Mix duck with spices and water. Cook with low heat until the duck meat is tender.
2. Fry until golden brown. lift.
How To serve:
Serve fried duck with sauce and fresh vegetables.

Serundeng Shredded Chicken (Ayam Suwir Serundeng)
Serundeng is a kind of seasoning preparations made from toasted coconut. Many Indonesian dishes that comes with the condiments serundeng. One of which is shredded chicken serundeng. Serundeng aroma caused by the addition of the dish will arouse your appetite. Here is the step for tasting that serundeng aroma.
Ingredients:
- 1 coconut, grated, roasted
- 2 chicken breasts
- 500 cc of water
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 stalks lemongrass, crushed
- 5 kaffir lime leaves
- 2 tbsp brown sugar, sliced
- 3 tbsp tamarind water
- 5 tbsp granulated sugar
Spices that are blend:
- 10 grains hazelnut
- 12 spring onions
- 5 red chilies, seeded
How to make:
1. Boil the water. Boil chicken until tender, remove from heat, shredded.
2. Saute until fragrant spices. Give a little water.
3. Add chicken and toasted coconut.
For 6 portions.
